This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted on the basis that the Appellees were immune from suit under the doctrine of sovereign immunity. Appellants (Donna Jean Lynch, Individually and as Guardian of Ginger Kathleen Lynch and Annette Bogany, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Dean C. Bogany, Jr., Deceased) argue that the doctrine of sovereign immunity is inapplicable in this case and that the doctrine violates the Texas and United States Constitutions. We affirm.
